Capped Streaming Bundles Terms and Conditions

  1. This is a bundled 4G LTE service provided through the Liquid 4G LTE Network.
  2. The product is available to new and existing customers with active sim cards.
  3. The product entitles new and existing customers:
  1. Customers are not obligated to use or purchase the Zero-rated Data on Netflix bundles beyond the initial 30-day period.
  2. These bundles have a validity period of 30 days. Zero rated use of Netflix, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter and Google Play services is limited to the 30-day period on an active bundle.
  3. Any cost of subscription to the Netflix services is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not covered in the Unlimited Data on Netflix and YouTube bundle.
  4. For a customer to use the zero-rated service beyond the 30-day period, they will need to purchase another Unlimited Data on Netflix or YouTube inclusive bundle.
  5. This product is available to customers around Zambia and accessible through Liquid Zambia’s 4G LTE Network.
  6. For capped packages, the following capping thresholds on streaming Netflix and YouTube will be observed:

Uncapped Premium (Streaming) Bundles Terms and Conditions

  1. This is a bundled 4G LTE service provided through the Liquid 4G LTE Network.
  2. The product is available to new and existing customers with active sim cards.
  3. The product entitles new and existing customers:
    • Who purchase the 55GB data bundle to enjoy zero-rated use of Netflix, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter and Google Play services (i.e. use of Netflix, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp and Google Play services does not deplete the purchased bundle of 55GB).
    • who purchase the 75GB, 110GB, 165GB- data bundle to enjoy zero-rated use of YouTube, Netflix, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter and Google Play services (i.e. use of Netflix, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp and Google Play services does not deplete the purchased bundle attached).
  4. These bundles have a validity period of 30 days. Uncapped use of Netflix, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Twitter and Google Play services is limited to the 30-day period on an active bundle.
  5. If the data bundle attached to the package expires before the 30day period validity the customer must purchase any data bundle without add ons on our network to continue access to the streaming for the remaining of the 30day validity period.
  6. Any cost of subscription to the services is the sole responsibility of the customer and is not covered in the Uncapped Premium Bundle.
  7. For a customer to use the uncapped zero-rated service beyond the 30-day period, they will need to purchase another Uncapped Premium Bundle.
  8. In order to roll over unused data, customers will need to top up with another bundle of any size before the expiry date.
  9. Customers are not obligated to use or purchase the Uncapped Premium bundles beyond the initial 30-day period.

30GB + Free WhatsApp, Twitter and Facebook Terms and Conditions

  1. This is a bundled 4G LTE service provided through the Liquid 4G LTE Network.
  2. The product is available to new and existing customers with active sim cards.
  3. The product entitles new and existing customers who purchase the promotional bundle of 30GB data to enjoy zero-rated use of WhatsApp, Facebook and Twitter (i.e. use of WhatsApp, Facebook & Twitter and does not deplete the purchased bundle of 30GB).
  4. This bundle has a validity period of 30 days. Unlimited use of WhatsApp, Facebook and Twitter is limited to the 30-day period on an active bundle. For a customer to use the zero-rated service beyond the 30-day period, they will need to purchase another promotional bundle within the promotion period.
  5. In order to roll over unused data, customers will need to purchase another bundle of any size before expiry.
  6. Customers are not obligated to use or purchase the promotional bundle beyond the initial 30-day period.
  7. This product is available to customers around Zambia and accessible through Liquid Zambia’s 4G LTE Network.

100% Bonus Bundle Terms and Conditions

  1. This is a bundled 4G LTE service provided through the Liquid 4G LTE Network.
  2. The product is available to new and existing customers with active sim cards.
  3. This product subject to alteration or cancellation at the discretion of Liquid Zambia. The decision to cancel will not affect validity of a customer’s purchased bundle.
  4. The product entitles new and existing customers who purchase a bundle with 100% bonus data to enjoy a 100% bonus valid for 7 days.
  5. These bundles have a validity period of 30 days. In the first 7 days after purchase, usage will be deducted from the bonus bundle until the bonus has expired or has been depleted.
  6. To roll over unused data, customers will need to purchase another bundle of any size before expiry.
  7. If a customer purchases a combination of two identical bundles, this does not result into an accumulated bonus value as the new bonus bundle will override the existing one.
  8. A customer who purchases a different combination of any of the 100% bonus bundles, provided that the first package is still valid and not depleted, will have an accumulated total bonus balance.
  9. Customers are not obligated to use or purchase the 100% Bonus bundles beyond the initial 30-day period.

  1. The Liquid Gaming Bundle is a 6GB bundle with additional free access to select gaming platforms;
  2. The bundle is available to both new and pre-existing customers with active sim cards.
  3. The Gaming bundle is priced K400;
  4. All Gaming Bundles are valid for a period of 30 days. However, if the attached 6GB bundle expires before 30 days, the user will need to purchase a new Gaming Bundle to continue enjoying the service;
  5. The Gaming Bundle will allow the user to browse the following Gaming sites without being charged;
    1. PlayStation
    2. Nintendo
    3. Steam
    4. Epic Games
    5. EA App (Formerly EA Origin)
    6. net (Activision and Blizzard Application)
    7. Ubisoft Connect (Formerly UPlay)
  6. Any gaming sites outside the aforementioned list will be charged from the attached 6GB Bundle;
  7. Access to downloads from the whitelisted gaming sites will be available from 22:00hrs-6:00hrs. Any downloads made outside the window will be charged from the attached 6GB Bundle;
  8. For an active 6GB Gaming Bundle to roll over into a new month, the customer will have to purchase an identical Gamin bundle before the given expiry of the previously purchased Gaming Bundle;
  9. A customer can purchase multiple packages at any point; the bundle value will accumulate and take the validity of the latest bundle purchased;
  10. The Gaming Bundles can work simultaneously with any other LTE- Bundle Packages;
  11. Upon expiry, the customer will no longer have access to the 6GB or the white listed websites, and;
  12. This product is available to customers around Zambia and accessible through Liquid Intelligent technologies 4G LTE Network.

Night Owl Bundle Terms & Conditions

  1. The Night Owl package is a 25GB bundle with unlimited internet access from 01:00hrs to 05:00hrs (peak hours).
  2. All usage outside the peak hours (01:00hrs – 05:00hrs) will be depleted from the 25GB Bundle.
  3. If the customer depletes the 25GB bundle before the expiry date, the unlimited internet access will be disabled.
  4. Customers can top up with any bundle to reactivate unlimited internet access while the Night owl package remains valid.
  5. The package will be available to both new and pre-existing customers with active sim cards.
  6. This product is subject to alteration or cancellation at the discretion of Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia. The decision to cancel will not affect validity of a customer’s purchased bundle.
  7. The Night Owl package is priced K450.
  8. For an active Night Owl package to roll over into a new month, the customer will have to purchase an identical package before the given date of expiry of the previously purchased Night Owl package.
  9. A Customer can purchase multiple packages at any point; the bundle value will accumulate and take the validity of the latest bundle purchased.
  10. The Night Owl package can work simultaneously with any other LTE Bundle Packages.
  11. Upon expiry, the customer will no longer have access to the 25GB or the unlimited Internet access.
  12. This product is available to customers around Zambia and accessible through Liquid Intelligent Technologies Zambia’s 4G LTE Network.

 

Non-Expiry Bundle Terms & Conditions

  1. This is a bundled 4G LTE service provided through the Liquid 4G LTE Network.
  2. The product is available to new and existing customers with active sim cards.
  3. The bundles entitle new and existing customers to data capped internet access.
  4. The bundles are not limited to a validity period but are dependent on usage.
  5. The bundles do not come with any zero-rated services. Therefore, browsing of any sites will be charged from the bundle.
  6. The None-Expiry Bundles are available to customers around Zambia and accessible through Liquid Zambia’s 4G LTE Network.

Outdoor Unit Terms and Conditions

  1. The product is available to new and existing customers with active sim cards.
  2. Note that the outdoor unit itself does not provide unlimited internet connection but forms part of bundled internet packages that the customer must purchase on separately.
  3. The customer will be required to make a once off payment of K3,662 (vat incl) for the purchase of an outdoor unit device. In the instance that the customer chooses Liquid Intelligent Technologies to handle the setup of the outdoor unit, the customer will be required to pay an additional K2,900 (vat incl) for installation, transportation and fabrication of all the materials necessary for the setup.
  4. If the customer elects to set up the outdoor unit on their own, Liquid Intelligent Technologies shall not be held liable for any damages during the set-up process.
  1. All outdoor units sold and set-up by Liquid Intelligent Technologies have a one-year warranty which only covers manufacturer’s defects. All other damage to the equipment, including electrical damage such as that caused by imbalanced power supply or power surge is excluded.
  2. Liquid Intelligent Technologies will not be responsible for maintenance for the outdoor unit.
  3. All damaged outdoor units, during warranty period, will be inspected, and if it is found that the damage was caused by any tampering on the part of the customer, Liquid shall be not held liable.
  4. The customer must ensure that service charges are paid in full prior to the commencement of the month in which the service occurs.
  5. The Customer shall allow Liquid free access to their premises during reasonable hours to inspect, install, maintain or remove telecommunications facilities or equipment.
  6. The customer acknowledges that the installation of the service can take up to 14 working days and is aware that events beyond Liquid’s control may delay the delivery of service within stipulated period. Liquid shall notify the customer in the event of foreseen delay of delivery.
  7. LIQUID shall not be liable for any damage done to any equipment used by the Customer in connection with this contract, whether that be due to misuse by the Customer, power fluctuations, lightning strikes, flood or power fluctuations or any other cause whatsoever.
  8. Wi-Fi coverage is unique to every House/Building, Liquid will use its best efforts to provide useful and reliable internet service. The customer acknowledges that Wi-Fi utilizes public, unlicensed radio-frequency spectrum. As such, Wi-Fi is subject to external interferences, environmental influences and other factors and variables beyond our reasonable control. Performance and coverage may be affected by:
    • Transmission and download speed accuracy.
    • Network congestion by other devices on your network.
    • Performance of your computer, tablets, PCs, Smartphones and other devices, configuration, and functionality of your Wi-Fi devices and wireless cards (including, but not limited to memory, storage and other limitations).
    • Physical obstructions and distances between your Wi-Fi Access point and the Wi-Fi Network. This maybe you are building design, construction materials and the distance to intended coverage areas, especially to outdoor areas and detached buildings.
    • Availability of electric power.
    • Transmission and equipment limitations, failures, maintenance or repair.
    • User error

Terms and Conditions

  1. This contract shall be governed in accordance with the law of Zambia.
  2. If the Customer is not the owner of the premises where the service is required, the Customer must obtain the necessary permission from the owner and the customer hereby indemnifies LIQUID against all damages or claims resulting from the failure to obtain such permission relating to the installation and/or removal of the service.
  3. The Customer shall allow LIQUID free access to their premises during reasonable hours to inspect, install, maintain or remove telecommunications facilities or equipment.
  4. The service shall be deemed to be in good working order unless and until LIQUID is advised otherwise by the Customer.
  5. LIQUID shall not be liable for any damage done to any equipment used by the Customer in connection with this contract, whether that be due to misuse by the Customer, power fluctuations, lightning strikes, flood or power fluctuations or any other cause whatsoever.
  6. LIQUID shall not incur any liability for any loss or damages arising out of the provision, installation or maintenance of the service, whether direct or indirect, consequential or contingent and in particular shall not be liable for any financial loss or loss of profits, income, contracts, business or goodwill.
  7. Should the Customer fail to pay any amount due under the terms of this contract or should the Customer breach any other term of this contract and fail to remedy that breach within seven days of written notice calling upon it to do so, LIQUID shall be entitled, without further notice, either to suspend the service and/or to cancel this contract and LIQUID shall be entitled to retain all payments made so far and to recover the remaining service charges set out in the Service Order Form, for the remainder of the period of the contract.
  8. All costs and disbursements, including legal costs on an attorney and client scale, incurred by LIQUID in consequence of any default on the part of the Customer and in recovering all amounts due to LIQUID, and all collection commission due, shall be borne by the Customer and shall be paid by the Customer to LIQUID on demand. A certificate issued and signed by a manager of LIQUID stating the amount due and owing by the Customer shall be prima facie proof of the facts stated therein and may be used in support of any application for judgment by LIQUID.
  9. All disputes arising out of or relating to this contract including disputes as to the meaning of interpretation of any provision of this contract or as to the carrying into effect of any such provisions or as to the quantification or determination of any amount of thing required to be determined or quantified in terms of or pursuant to this contract, may be referred to arbitration by either party to this contract.
  10. Subject to the provisions of this contract, the arbitration will be held under the provisions of the arbitration laws for the time being in force in the Republic of Zambia.
  11. The arbitrator will be an independent person agreed upon by the parties to the dispute and, failing such agreement within five (5) days after the date on which either party requests arbitration, the Arbitrator will be appointed by the Commercial Arbitration Centre in Lusaka.
  12. Any award made by the arbitrator: will be final and binding on the parties to the agreement; and may be made an order of any court to whose jurisdiction the parties are subject.
  13. Nothing in this contract shall be construed as limiting the rights of either party regarding institution of legal proceedings for intermediate relief on an urgent or other basis, pending the decision of the arbitrator.
  14. Either party shall be entitled to terminate this contract by written notice to the other in the event that:
    • The other commits a breach of the terms and conditions of this agreement, all of which are declared to be material and fails to remedy the breach within Fourteen (14) days of the receipt of a written notice calling upon it to remedy the breach complained of;
    • or the other party commits an act of insolvency or is placed under a provisional or final winding up or judicial management order or if such other party makes an assignment for the benefit of the creditors, or fails to satisfy or take steps to have set aside any judgment taken against it within seven (7) days after such judgment has come to its notice.
  15. LIQUID shall not be responsible for any breach, failure or delay in performing any obligation if such failure or delay is due to an act of God, war, fire, strike, accident, governmental acts or requirements, or other causes, either similar or dissimilar to the foregoing, beyond the party's control.
  16. The parties hereby choose the domicilum citandi et executandi for all notices and process as their respective addresses as given above. Any notice of any change of address must be given in writing by the party concerned and delivered by hand or sent by registered mail to the other party. The address so notified then becomes the domicilium citandi et executandi.
  17. The Customer shall not assign or cede this contract or any rights hereunder.

Service Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to Liquid Data On-The-Go and may be also be obtained as a hard copy from any Liquid Data On-The-Go Reseller or Agent Outlets. None of these terms below shall limit any Customer’s rights under existing Legislation in Zambia. Please note that this is no more than a summary of the conditions of use for Liquid Data On-The-Go and all Liquid Data On-The-Go customers must read this summary in conjunction with the Conditions of use published on the Liquid website situated at zm.liquidhome.tech or which are otherwise available from Liquid Data On-The-Go Reseller or Agent Outlets.
